RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
A valid credit card is required in order to complete your online reservation. Your credit card will not be charged unless a violation occurs within our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment times are especially reserved for you. In consideration to the wait-listed clients, please provide at least 24 hrs advance notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Failure to arrive for your appointed times will result in full payment of services. 7 day advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel spa parties. We highly recommend that reservations be made in advance.

A credit card will be required to guarantee your appointment times. Please arrive 15 minutes early to insure a completely relaxing experience. In order to accommodate you and our next guest, late arrivals will not be able to receive their full treatments, however, the full prices will be charged.

A 50% deposit will be required for multiple services, packages, and large groups. A service charge of $10 per person will be added to all requests requiring two treatment tables in one room (husband/wife, mother/daughter, sisters, friends, etc.). All appointment times are approximated. Should you desire to use our shower facility, please notify us upon booking your appointment so that appropriate times can be allotted.
