RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY A credit card will be required to guarantee your appointment times. Please arrive 15 minutes early to insure a completely relaxing experience. In order to accommodate you and our next guest, late arrivals will not be able to receive their full treatments, however, the full prices will be charged. A 50% deposit will be required for multiple services, packages, and large groups. A service charge of $10 per person will be added to all requests requiring two treatment tables in one room (husband/wife, mother/daughter, sisters, friends, etc.). All appointment times are approximated. Should you desire to use our shower facility, please notify us upon booking your appointment so that appropriate times can be allotted.
