Appointments
We highly recommend that reservations be made in advance. A credit card will be required to guarantee your appointment times. Please arrive 15 minutes early to insure a completely relaxing experience. In order to accommodate you and our next guest, late arrivals will not be able to receive their full treatments, however, the full prices will be charged.

A 50% deposit will be required for multiple services, packages, and large groups. A service charge of $10 per person will be added to all requests requiring two treatment tables in one room (husband/wife, mother/daughter, sisters, friends, etc.). All appointment times are approximated. Should you desire to use our shower facility, please notify us upon booking your appointment so that appropriate times can be allotted.

Cancellations
Your appointment times are especially reserved for you. In consideration to the wait-listed clients, please provide at least 24 hrs advance notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Failure to arrive for your appointed times will result in full payment of services. 7 day advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel spa parties.

Returns
All retail returns to My Spa Journeys must include the original purchase receipt. We will issue a full refund for all retail items returned in new condition within 60 days of the receipt date. Returns are for retail items only and excludes spa services.

Gift Certificates
Give the ultimate gift of wellness. Perfect for any occasion and may be purchased in any amount, or for specific services, spa packages, or products. Call us with your credit card and we will gladly mail the certificate directly to your special someone with your personal greeting.

Clients using Gift Certificates must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or the Gift Certificates will be voided. Please present Gift Certificates at time of service. Gift Certificate sales are non-refundable. Lost or stolen certificates are not valid or replaceable. The total value of My Spa Journeys gift certificates must be redeemed, otherwise any unused balance will be converted to another My Spa Journeys gift certificate.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
To insure the utmost rest and relaxation for all guests, and to maintain the spa’s serene environment, the use of cell phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the spa. We respectfully request that all electronic devices capable of making noise be silenced or turned off before entering the spa.

Service Gratuity
A 15-20% gratuity in appreciation to the staff for outstanding service is recommended.

Client Age Policy
Guests under the age of 16 may not enter the spa unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at all times or if receiving services.
