SpaFinder Gift Card / Certificate Terms and Conditions
SpaFinder gift cards and certificates are transferable but is not replaceable if lost or stolen and will be treated as cash. Neither SpaFinder or My Spa Journeys is responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of gift cards and certificates. SpaFinder gift cards and certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Face value of gift cards and certificates are in US dollars.
When properly authorized, SpaFinder gift cards and certificates may be redeemed for goods and services at My Spa Journeys. Black-out periods may apply. Check with our concierge before making appointments or reservations.
The total value of SpaFinder gift cards and certificates MUST be redeemed and any unused balance will be converted to a My Spa Journeys gift certificate. SpaFinder gift cards and certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption and cannot be used as tip for therapists. Spa & Salon Wish
My Spa Journeys now accepts Spa & Salon Wish gift certificates and gift cards. Guests may redeem their Spa & Salon Wish gift certificates and gift cards for a shopping spree from our spa boutique and for spa treatments from our service menu. Spa & Salon Wish gift certificates and gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen and will be treated as cash. Neither My Spa Journeys nor Spa & Salon Wish is responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of gift certificates or gift cards. Spa & Salon Wish gift certificates and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. The face value of Spa & Salon Wish gift certificates and gift cards are in US dollars. Unauthorized resale, swap or other exchange will invalidate all gift certificates and gift cards.
The total value of gift certificates and gift cards must be redeemed at a single participating spa. Certificate must be surrendered at time of redemption.
